1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadFlow’s website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.


2) Description of Services

LeadFlow provides automated after-hours lead response and inbox organization services for Med Spas and aesthetic clinics.

Our services may include:

  • Automated email responses to new inquiries

  • AI-assisted lead classification and prioritization

  • Lead organization within connected email systems

  • Daily summary reports

  • SMS notifications and alerts (if included in your selected plan)

LeadFlow is a business automation service. We do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.


3) No Guarantee of Results

While LeadFlow is designed to improve response speed and lead handling efficiency, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue increases, booking rates, or conversion improvements.

All performance outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including business operations, pricing, staffing, and market conditions.


4) AI and Automation Disclaimer

LeadFlow may use automated systems and AI-based tools to classify and prioritize inquiries.

Classification accuracy is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying all communications and lead categorization.

LeadFlow is not responsible for business decisions made based on automated outputs.


5) User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have the legal right to use the email accounts connected to LeadFlow

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy and healthcare regulations

  • You are responsible for reviewing automated responses before full deployment

  • You will not use LeadFlow for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

You remain solely responsible for your customer communications and business practices.


6) Payments and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods, except as stated below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of activation, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.

After the 7-day period, payments are non-refundable.


7) Service Availability

LeadFlow relies on third-party infrastructure providers (including email services, automation platforms, and messaging providers).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service availability may be affected by third-party outages or technical limitations beyond our control.


8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, bookings, or profits

  • Misclassification of inquiries

  • Delayed or failed message delivery

  • Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.


9) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

  • Required technical access is revoked

You may cancel your subscription at any time.


10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
